1. Introduction and Definitions

Welcome to the tjbat platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tjbat ("we", "our", "Platform") and you ("User", "Member", "you"). Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same address, device, or payment method within a household will also be treated as holding multiple accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and banking or mobile financial service details. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect a security breach on your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] or contact 24/7 live chat.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Where required, tjbat may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Failure to complete this process may result in restricted withdrawal or other services.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

tjbat supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to the account balance instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. For example: to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Bonus balance and real balance are managed separately.
• Using the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Placing bets using only the bonus balance for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements is not acceptable.

• tjbat reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

tjbat offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Fraudulent activity, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets across multiple accounts to meet bonus requirements ("Bonus Abuse").
• Using the Platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or hacking.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the Platform's software or algorithms.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or harmful code into the Platform's systems.

If any such activity is detected, tjbat reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

tjbat treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal data secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a legal authority.
• Being identified as a minor.

10.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before making the request. Re-registration after account closure is subject to tjbat's discretionary approval.

10.3 Balance During Suspension

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bonus-related balances may be forfeited. In cases of self-closure, the right to withdraw any valid balance remains in place.

11. Responsible Gaming
